self portrait

i realized this after i was finished, i kinda have the Mona Lisa smile in this haha

had to do this for my drawing class, thought i might post it.


i'm actually quite proud of this! the last self portraits i have done have both been me playing my cello lol waaaay too complicated. so i wanted this to be simple. that was easy seeing as its just supposed to be sholders up lol so yea thats me wearing my favorite hemp necklace that i lost so this is like a memorial for that necklace ;D

compressed charcoal with a little bit of white charcoal. i erased away the highlights. this is 24"x18"
